Thank you so much Big Sexy. Its pictures like these that really keep me going. I know I have some image issues still, and most of the time when I look in the mirror i don't see what I see in the pics. They really do make a huge difference.

Haha, you said it right there...pure will power! I have no idea where it comes from because most the time I'm fighting myself to get stuff done, but once I do what I have to do for that day I feel so proud of myself, and thats an addicting feeling for sure.

When I first started I ate smaller portions (low fat/low carb) and ate more often, and for the most part I only ever really did my pilates/resistance band video everyday along with a short walk outside. It wasn't until recently that I seriously started working out again. Right now I'm doing that pilates/band video along with Jillian Michaels 30day shred, and ever once in a while turbo jam and some 10min abs. I don't really have a set schedule other than doing 30day shred everyday. Thats something I'm working on this week - making that workout schedule.

I am not a super organized person, but when it comes to working out, if i dont have a schedule, ill never do a thing. If i dont feel like it is part of a consistent everyday thing, i give up to easy.

But im gonna whip out the old exercise bike and start sweating. lol

well done and congratulations! wish i had the will power to lose weight! i could do with losing a stone or two but dont have the strength to do it however seeing these images have made me realise i CAN do this!
