Haha, you said it right there...pure will power! I have no idea where it comes from because most the time I'm fighting myself to get stuff done, but once I do what I have to do for that day I feel so proud of myself, and thats an addicting feeling for sure.
When I first started I ate smaller portions (low fat/low carb) and ate more often, and for the most part I only ever really did my pilates/resistance band video everyday along with a short walk outside. It wasn't until recently that I seriously started working out again. Right now I'm doing that pilates/band video along with Jillian Michaels 30day shred, and ever once in a while turbo jam and some 10min abs. I don't really have a set schedule other than doing 30day shred everyday. Thats something I'm working on this week - making that workout schedule.
