You look wonderful. Congrats on not doing some crazy crash diet, those seem to be all the rage amongst young people these days!

Yeah, I'm trying to eat right. My problem isnt eating too much, its not eating enough. Ive been making flaxseed meal replacement shakes just to get my calorie count up! Its deff a challenge for me.

You are doing great Jennie ~ that is an interesting combination: low fat, low carb, smaller portions, and 5-6 small meals a day ... very similar to the Herbal Magic plan, so I am told. It is working for you and that's what matters; lots of people will be inspired by you and your success so far. It just goes to show that doing exercises can help tone your body so that you look slimmer, and you can lose sizes just from that alone. Sometimes, some people underestimate how much toning exercises can do for them.

Congrats to you ... keep it up!

Thank you I'll have to look into Herbal Magic plan. I was kinda just doing my own thing as far as eating, pulling info and tips from everywhere. After I had my gallbladder removed my doc told me low fat, low carb since I dont have that gallbladder to break down the fats in my foods. Then I heard its better to eat 5-6 small meals rather than 3 big meals because it keeps your metabolism going...so i kinda just went by that. But because i am so sensitive to foods shakes have helped me a lot!
