WOW you look great! Like everyone else said, you definitely carry your weight well! I would have guessed you were 170-180, not 210! You look FABULOUS, way to go!!!!
kimberb04 - I did have slip ups and still do, but I try not to beat myself up about it. I just get myself back on track again. Thats never really been an issue for me. I think the hardest time I've had was when I met my current bf. He's really fit, 5'10" 165lbs and that guy can eat whatever he wants, as much as he wants and doesn't gain a pound...I, like I'm sure many of us, kind of fall into that same pattern our partners do as far as eating and exercising goes. So the first few months I was with him, I started eating unhealthy and though i was still working out, I noticed the weight loss slowing down. I went from losing 10lbs a month to losing about 5 a month? some months i even stayed the same weight. This was huge for me because this had been the exact reason I gained this weight back. My ex boyfriend who was also my first bf always told me i was TOO skinny, I NEEDED to eat more and to eat like him. He loved feeding me and he loved me gaining weight. well i ended up over 100lbs heavier. After thinking about that, I didn't want to make that same mistake, I want to be happy for myself. That alone is motivation for me.
I agree you carry it well. You probably will want to set your goal on a size over weight. It seems you are fit and exercise a lot which can mean you have more muscle mass that will weigh more.
Thank you I have starting taking measurement's which I found to be much more exciting than what my scale says. I have lowered my monthly goal though from 10lbs a month to 5lbs a month since Ive noticed its been getting a lot harder for me to hit that 10lb goal. I'm in no hurry!
