you look amazing... Great Job

Did you do 30 minutes cardio plus 3 miles on treadmill to lose the weight? i have been doing a hour on treadmill guess 4 miles day. will that be enough with eating 1000-1200 cal a day to help me lose?

Thanks.

I really vary my routine these days so I don't get bored too easily but I stick to DVDs and the treadmill.

I am not sure how much you weigh but 1000 calories seems awfully low to me.

As far as 4 miles on the treadmill, I think it is awesome and should be plenty

I'm so happy that you found a guy like that who could love you for you. My boyfriend is planning on moving down here soon to marry me and we met online as well.

Jillian was right.. you are VERY inspiring.

I usually lurk these forums, but I know that I can always count on you to post in the welcome threads, giving those who are unsure of their future journey hope. Thank you for everything and congratulations on your success.

You're very welcome. And thank you.

The wedding won't be until next summer or a little later, so I'll have plenty of time to get fit and healthy for my wedding dress!

That is so great, i just found this site and need all support to keep me on track. ive been doing an hour on treadmill for total 4 miles staying between 1000-1200 cal aday. every other day i do 45 min step work out plus mile on treadmil. is that enough? the step calls hand weights to for upper body. i can tell my legs are getting leaner. i need more help on abs which i do sit ups to. i loved your story, i been reading to keep me motivated

I would say yes, it seems like enough. Are you losing weight? Do you get hungry?

It wasn't confusing at all. Or too long. Thank you so much for sharing all of this. I am absolutely awestruck by you and your accomplishments (you quit smoking in the midst of all this, too--THAT is hard enough by itself). I'm very inspired by you. Thank you for giving so many people here hope.
