Your story will be one of my touchstones/standards for when I'm being too easy on myself, especially

I think losing 150 pounds in 10 months is a bit of a stretch but I could be wrong. You want to be sure you do it in a healthy manner that can be done for life and nothing extreme. Good luck with your goals
