Okay today is the day!! I'm going back to my MRC center so wish me luck!! I'ts been a month since I've been there, wow!! I'm excited to get back on plan and get back to my goal weight!! I'll post later how it all went!!

woohoo, congrats Skelley!! I believe in you and know you can do it!

as for the carbs ladies, my counselor told me that if you eat the "bad carbs" your body will crave it for 4 days. It takes that long to get out of your system. Just something to think about if you "choose" to eat those carbs.

Hello Ladies!

Well it's official, I went back in to my MRC center and weighed in, I was up more than I expected but that's ok. It was a sad day for me because I found out that my counselor who has been with me from day one left the center a month ago, just right after I had seen her at my last visit. I'll miss her terribly! The new girl she trained tried to tell me I had to re-enroll for $99, I stood my ground and told her that I had 3 months of maintenance left and that during my last visit with my counselor I was told I could go back on the green menu. So anyway she finally agreed!! Whew! I got my HNS's and supplements ( EFA's, total woman, multivitamin) I did buy the MRC-6 and Cortitrim as it helped me so much the first time around! So tomorrow will be my day one on the green menu! I go back next Friday to weigh in after my first week!! I'm so excited!!!

I went to the grocery and bought all kinds of fruit, melba toast, steamed vegetables so i'm ready!!!!

That is why I craved carbs! Oh I have to be careful. When I start on the carbs I go off the deep in!

I went back in today as well...im up 2.5 pounds so back on menu for me! hopefully i can get back down and find balance...

Twinkletoes: It's ok just pick up where you left off!

Skelley: Great getting back on track...sometimes I think that is the hardest part!

I lost another 1/2 pound in three days...we're weighing twice a week. So that is 2 pounds this week! YOO! HOO!

I made a couple of mistakes this week! I ate a tortilla which should have been less than 50 calories. Also, I had cheese twice one day. I hope to get better next week!

Also, does anyone know if there is a limit on artificial sweetners?

cmarty: Awesome on the weight loss, I go back next Friday so i'm hoping for at least 2-3 lbs loss but we will see!!

Yes you are allowed 3 packets a day

Cmarty: Your only suppose to have 3/4 packs of sweetner...However i have used more than 3/4 during my weight loss. Same with sugar free gum...I eat the tar out of some gum. I figure its better than me eating something I shouldn't..

Hope to be back at the weight I had already lost down to in 2 weeks. Then, I need to stay on track until I beat this thing! Aiming for 134 by Thanksgiving. That is 20 pounds ...hope I can do it! I have to focus....and I have to say I won't do this to myself again! I am in control!
