I'm so excited that I've officially lost over half the weight I wanted to lose. YAY!!!! I weighed in on Friday and since then I've already lost another 1.5 pounds. One of the perks of TTOM being almost over. Weight just starts falling off. That's why I don't get too upset when I'm PMSing. Yeah, its a little frustrating for about a week to 10 days plateauing, however, it does eventually come off.

It's Monday and a new week, I hope everyone had a great weekend. I did really good and stayed pretty much on plan, I did have a MRC vanilla wafer bar as a snack sat night but at least it's on the green menu (maybe not as a snack but I wanted something chocolate and it worked). Looking forward to a great loss this week when I go weigh in Friday morning. Feeling great!!

Weighed in at lunch and down another pound since Friday. Still loving my Fitbit Flex. It's made me more mindful of my choices while on the green menu and I have yet to cheat in six weeks. It's an amazing feeling!

Awesome and congratulations! How does that fitbit flex work? I've looked at I online, I don't exercise but i'm up and down a lot. How does it help you be more mindful? Just curious!

First day back on the wagon for me. I won't be going back to the MRC center as I don't have any weeks left and I just cannot afford the fee and their supplements right now. Since I still have al the materials I will be on my own - I'll be doing the meta-balance plan. Faced the scale this morning - it worse that I thought! Probably due to my last supper LOL.

Good luck to everyone this week - hope we're all successful losers

Hang in there faerychic! I was the same way, I got up to 175 wow, I was at 158 before things got out of control, but like you we realized what was going on and are doing something about it. You can do this, just jump on here for support! I know i'll need it for sure.

Several of us have fell off the wagon...but we picked ourselves up and went at it again..Glad your back with us!

I'm having a great week...the scale keeps going down every morning I get on it. I'll weigh in tomorrow. I'll be half way through the week! It is looking good and my willpower is getting better!I want to conquer this fat once and for all!

Skelley, I remember you talking about the pancakes you used to eat. Are they on plan? I think you go them online!

Good job to everyone sticking to it and dropping the lbs. I went into my center today and purchased 5 boxes of drinks to have on hand just in case. My maintenance expires tomorrow and this was a spur of the moment decision. When I realized maintenance was ending I worried a bit. Although I've done well and haven't even been to weigh in since January. But I have them just in case. She congratulated me and I thanked her for helping change my life.
