Question Lavash bread

Hey I'm new here....I started MRC in Feb, and I was wondering if anyone knows if we can have Joseph's Lavash bread. Its a really thin whole wheat flat bread that has flaxseed and other stuff and only 50 cals!! I was so excited when I found it...superwalmart is the best. One bread can make two wraps like I used to get at Chickfila. Anyone else use this??

I would think, since it's 50 calories, that it would be okay, but I'd still ask at your center...

I have been using it since day 1!!! Love it. Also use the pita pockets and cut those in half too. Works for me. Down 32lb and 41 inches in 8 weeks!

LOVE JOSEPH"S BREAD!!

Wow...I'll have to search for the pita pockets. Yes...I know NOW to cut them in half. The first day I bought them I didn't...and then my husband told me "you do know the serving size is 1/2!" LOL thanks!

I asked at the center today and was told that the ONLY thing you count calories on are the breads, so the Lavash is good to go! As long as it is 50 calories or under, it's good.
