Hello to all. They weight loss each of you are experiencing is great! I love reading your posts.
I have a question maybe you can help with. I am losing 3.5 pounds each week. Went to weigh in yesterday and my consultant told me that I should up my HNS to 5 instead of my usual 3 and it would really get my weight to moving. I have been on plan 100% with no cheats since 9/20/08. Is there something wrong with losing 3.5 pounds a week? It is getting close to my husbands annual lay off time at work and I really don't want to spend the extra $$ on HNS if I don't need them. Your opinion?

Namaste is right. You should be celebrating 3.5 lbs a week! That's a great accomplishment! My gut reaction is that your center is trying to sell you more product, but I think there is something to maxxing out your HNS if you do it sparingly/strategically.
Someone mentioned the alternative HNS on the recipe thread. I have been taking the minimum HNS required for my plan and supplementing my plan with the homemade HNS recipe Meemo posted (but I'm not maxxing out). Basically, it is unflavored whey protein dissolved in a glass of Crystal Light. I started on pink lemonade, but I've moved to the sunrise edition--classic orange! The consistency is different, but I've actually gotten to where I like it better than the real HNS. It also seems more filling to me than the HNS. Just my 2 cents...
