Shine on...I get the "smaller sizes" sales...only b/c of my daugher ...can't wait to get there!
Meemo I'm afraid for you too...please don't hesitate to get your knee checked!! Look what happened to me with procrastination! Ugh!
Rocky Having had to move 2 grandmas and a mother in law...I know your pain! On the other hand, being so young...it will give you wonderful insight for your kids...seems way too soon to realize that now, but, trust me, it will help! How wonderful that you were there for your grandmother!...Ugh on the Lice! As a "K" teacher...it's just "expected"...I was shocked and astounded when my daughter came home with it when she was 7! How could it possible have happened to "my" daughter?! We put all of her pillows, stuffed animals, linens...in the attic! Guess when I ran across them again? Yep...this year...go figure, she'll be 26 in two months! Okay...I'm slightly embarrassed with that one!
dla How'd I miss "your" shingles? Ugh!! Are you feeling better? We have 3 teachers with them at our school right now! Hmmm...too far to be contagious!
Rocky49 and Meemo You both made me give my 4 yr old grandson an extra hug today...I'm sorry both of yours have moved out...and yet...a bit jealous! Ha! I think with the "redos" around here...I'm looking at 2 years...remind me about how sad you were then, okay! Rocky49 also, special thoughts with you missing your husband! He must have been wonderful! Maybe you should take Shineon up on her offer!
Grad Congratulations on your losses! Wow! I'm confused...obviously I missed something somewhere...hmmm...what else is new...are you doing your program "long distance?"...just curious!
Okay everyone else WOW! Especially you "newer" friends! Your losses are amazing...and your motivation is inspiring! Keep sharing! I'm already jealous of all of you talking about going on your vacations. I know I have NO right to be,... having the whole summer off...doesn't take long to get back in the grind! Ha

Thanks! Yes, I'm a mail order client, too. My center is about 290 miles away, but only a 2 minute drive from my parents' house. I went in a lot over the summer, but I haven't made the drive in two months, and holy cow! I thought I'd never get here this time! It's not quite five hours (lots of slowing down for little towns), but it seems like 8 or 9. The fun thing has been digging through my closet and finding clothes that I wore as an undergrad or when I lived in DC and being able to get into them! I have to say that the skinny me had really good taste in classic autumn and winter clothes--too bad we don't have either of those seasons here.

This one is breakfast only. You're absolutely right - no cheese or egg at night.

I took 1 on Friday at lunch and 3 on Sat and Sun. So far I like it. Less hunger - I don't really feel like eating. More energy. And I seem to be hot more of the time (you know thermogenic). But I have not been taking anything but flax, msm,a vitamin, and b-50 for about 6 weeks. So I guess time will tell. I used to take all-day weight loss but I stopped. Maybe that is why me weight loss slowed down.

I cleaned out my closet again this weekend. Then did a little retail therapy. It was a really great feeling. I even went down half a size in shoes.

I sure would love to see an updated photo. (I can say that now that mine is updated.)

Welcome to the board! You're close to my starting weight. Just stick to the plan - it really works!! And ask us any questions along the way. This is a great group of chicks - and a couple hens

I had one them great things just happen

I had to get new slacks for work, I picked out a lot of sizes 9's and 8's. so I go in the dressing room and try the 9's 1st and after I put on I seen they where a little tight but I could get them on and everything. So my 1st thought was WTF I lost so much wight and 9's don't fit. I looked at the size and they where 6's, yes I said 6!!!!!!

That was really really nice I went with the 8's they look great also it was nice I could put 6's on!!!!!

Hope everyone has a great OP day!!!!!!!!!

Just printed myself a new food sheet & got it started, I'm back on program as of this morning. Went to the store yesterday, got chicken, fish & lots of veggies. And I pulled out the calendar & did the math - I have 11 weeks left on my contract to lose 20 lbs, so I feel pretty good about that - assuming I can get back to walking! But even without walking I can do that - just have to allow myself fewer cheats than last time around.

Talked to my daughter this morning - they made it to San Antonio yesterday, had left a message yesterday that they were there but we didn't talk to them. They were able to get right into their house - they found one to rent online & went straight to the realtor's office & slept on an air mattress last night. (Ah, those were the days...been there, done that!) Anyway, they were very happy with the house - it's bigger than they expected, they have a nice big fenced in yard for their dog (and baby once she's walking), they're excited. Now just hoping their household goods get there fairly quickly. And I have to say, it's kind of nice for hubby & I to have our house to ourselves again. It was wonderful to have them here, but I'm kind of enjoying the quiet yesterday & this morning - for the next hour, at least, until the other two grandbabies get here for the afternoon. They're 18 months & 3 yrs & man, they wear me out!!

Just a quick check-in - so many new posts since I've last been on the board. Sounds like there have been some great losses. I went to WI Thursday night & was down 3 lbs. I was .5 lbs away from signing the 40 lb board. Hopefully, this week I'll be there!
Have a great OP week everyone!

So Grad where in TX are you? We are looking at a possible move to Houston Why I would leave Colorado for TX Still not sure. Guess Job security in today's economy is a lot. I did notice there are no centers in Houston Not sure why. Guess we will see what time brings. Luckily I should be on stabilization then so that will help.
