Yeah - good news! I am over my plateau and down 5 pounds this week! Everyone kept telling me not to give up, and I am so glad I listened! It is so hard when your weight is not budging and even going up a pound or two! I guess I will just have to remember to be more patient (not one of my better virtues)! :)

Hi Sherry! Congrats on blasting that nasty plateau! I was on one for about 3 weeks! I think I finally got over mine, I lost 2 lbs this week but before that had only lost .5 and 1.5 since 2/13! It is discouraging but what helped me is knowing that even though the scale was not moving that I was losing inches. The jeans I am wearing today were tighter on my last week! Keep up the great work and you will get there in no time!!

Hi everyone! I have just completed day 2 of my first 4 days. I go in tomorrow to pick up my next menu. I really thought I'd be starving when I saw the menu. To my great surprise I have been OK. The only problem I am having is that my center suggested I drink 4 HNS's per day for two weeks. I can only get 3 down. By the 3rd one I just can't bear to drink another. Other than that, I seem to be doing OK. I guess I will weigh in as well tomorrow? Not sure, but I am excited :)
I wish I would've found this forum before I went to join. When I went, my center was somewhat pushy...I ended up getting the MRC6, Phenetrim (I think that's the way it's spelled) and the Corti-trim. I bought a multivitamin and Flax seed from another store. After reading the posts, I think after I run out of the pills I will try it without.
Thanks for all of the advice and support!!!

Just wanted to say "HI" and wish you luck. Those first 4 days can be brutal! Just remember that it is only temporary. I agree about the concentrates being better than the powers, I drink one with each of my meals and have another in the evening for my bedtime snack. I stick with the 3 flavors that I like best and when you get to have creamys I try to have mine at night....I love the lemon chiffon pudding! I don't know about going without the supplements, I currently take the All Day weight loss, the corti trim, the MRC6. I also take B12, B6 and flax....these I bought elsewhere. I took the Phentratrim for the first 2 months but I think I like the All day better, I am never hungry now!! :) Good luck and continue to come here everyday, this site has saved me so many times!!

I am on Day 10! I get to work off of my new menu tomorrow! HOOORAY! Day 11 and I am on my way! I am a newby oldby - did this diet years ago....have tried eveyrthing else in the world since and nothing works like this. I just started jogging and MRC. The two together, if nothing else, give me the sense that I am taking care of biz-nezz. Hopefully, I'll start reaping all that I feel I am sowing.

That is great discoverjoy! You will get creamys now! I love the hot cocoa and the lemon chiffon pudding! They are my treats after eating OP all day! I just started working out myself, I am doing the treadmill at the gym and a little on the elliptical. I am going to get some resistance bands this weekend, my friend has been doing them for 2 months and her arms look great! Good luck and I wish you much success!!

Welcome brookstou!! I had headaches too from caffeine withdrawal probably because I have been off of it for 2 months now but I started taking B6 and I hardly ever have a headache now. Check out the recipe thread up above, they have some great ones! I cut and pasted and made my own cookbook that I keep in my kitchen. Good luck and looking forward to hearing about your progress!
