Default Exercise the dreaded "E"

I was wondering if any one here wants to start an exercise thread? I saw Kel had done the dreaded "E" yesterday and a few others are doing the "E" too. do you want to start a weekly "E" thread?

I already exercise daily--chasing my two year old all over the place! I included that in my daily activities on fitday and how long I did it for and would you believe that I spend over 2400 calories a day??? My problem is night bingeing and that evens out all the energy I just spent. Sure, would love to have more ideas than just chasing my daughter!

Cool Aw Sue, that darn "E" word again!

Did you notice that I mentioned bringing up the old threads of "What's in your fridge", "Snack ideas" and "Breakfast Ideas", but please notice that I didn't mention that darn "E" word thread!

Okay, okay, do we have a daily accountability here?
I did do lots of typing and bending from the dryer and walked the driveway to check the mail, and, and, and.......

Hey moving and wigiling that counts. It is batter than nothing!

I did stairmaster for 20 minutes today. and what a sweat almost more than the day before I did not get so exhausted so I must try harder next time. I did 68 floors where the last time I did 70.

friday is my upper body workout.

Every night before I go to bed I vow I will start walking the next day and somehow the next day passes without me doing more than walking around the supermarket. However, I do run to the bathroom a lot and if it's approximately 40 feet from the kitchen to the bathroom (I never use the one in the hall as it's to be kept nice for guests, LOL) and if I make a dozen trips a day, does that count for a short jog?
Also, I'm back to my morning swim three times a week and I do try to kick up the pace for about 20 minutes of the hour. I may even get brave enough to take part in the hydrofit class again but this time I won't try to keep up with the fanatic leader but will do it at my own speed. I thought I was going to die I truly did. Vewy, vewy scawy!
But I really, really, want to start a walking program. I think that's the only way I'll get this blubber to melt off me. Somebody come and give me a kick in the caboose, okay?

KICK!!!! how is that? I will be glad to come over and do that in person if it will help. Hey the swit is a great start. it is movement and that is what counts. I am over doing it I know but if I do not then i will slow down and then stop. I want to keep it up while I can.

I have to say that I over did it today. I ran for about 1 mile (jog 2 min then walk for 1) that is the extent of running this body can do now. then I went to the gym for my upper body workout but I got jabbering and ran out of time wo aI hit the rowing machine for 7 min. and then tonight my girlfriend talked me into rollerbladiing to a friends house 1.5 miles and then back 2 hours later. I kept begging for a ride how but nobody would do it

Sue, I think it is a great idea. Starting next week I will join you on the thread. Until that time my exercise will have to be closing our house. I am a nordic tracker. I usually try and log in 30 minutes a day and that results in about 2 miles. Anyone else out there tracking???

Pooky that is great. I too am sagging greatly in that area!!!

I am soo excited I hired a personal trainer for 35 a week. he will kick my butt and tell me how to get to the equipment and do it right so I can get the results that I want. I am so excited. he tole me that I will be able to get my flabby abs back in shape but that will be the last thing besides my boobs to tighten up!

I did the stairmaster for 20 today I did longer intervals than before. I was very encouraged by that!!! I did only 68 flights not my personal best but the second best!!!!

Tomorow I am going to have my belly dancing class in the evening, and swimteam in the afternoon. I need to do Upper body BFL workout I am not sure how to squeeze it in with all and working early. it will be close to impossible. I may be able to get some of it done in the gym then the rest at the office. but I hate to work up a sweat there It is too hot as it is!

Well I did not have much time in the last few days to post. I went to the gym wed night I had my last belly dancing lesson till Sept. then they will teach the course for real! I am excited. I would love that.

I had my first day wtih Ozzy. what a slave driver. I did max on everything. I did olpitical for 30 and burned 300+ cal I did backwards for a while and it felt the burn in the buns.

I could not walk after my 1.5 hour ride in the car, ugh. I am better now and did not hit anything today As I know the muscles need time to repair them selves.

Today I used the foot pump to inflate my double size air mattress. It was quite a workout.
