Talking I'm back in !!

Okay, I slacked off but I'm back!

I spent five hours Monday digging up shurbs and moving them around the yard, planting, scrubbing the gazebo and furniture. Surely that counts for something!

This morning is Richard Simmons work out tape. DH and I are trying to coordinate time and start the gym again. Hopefully at least twice this week.

I've got to do this. Pushing shovels and bending yesterday just about killed me! Sure is a reminder of how out of shape I really am!

Sue,
I am jumping in with you on the exercise. 30 minutes on the nordic track and about 15-20 minutes of stretches and tummy tucks. Looking forward to more tomorrow .

Wednesday today and got the exercise routine in already . Did 30 minutes on the nordic track (I love the nordic track - within 10 minutes I am sweating like there is no tomorrow!!!) and then did some leg lifts, tummy tucks and butt tucks. Ended the session with some stretches. Probably a total of about 45 minutes.

How is everyone else doing with the big EEEEEE?

Oh Peachie, you reminded me of the time I had to explain kiegel exercised to a woman in the chatroom while a man named Big Rich was there. I tried to describe it with dignity, but Rich made me laugh so hard I almost wet my britches! Thanks for reminding me..I got some exercise from laughing this morning!
