Default LMAO~~

I don't know which is funnier....visualizing Peach measuring after her Kiegles, BR' face behind his puter with Tips explanation of THE EXCERCISE or remembering the pig and lawn chair!! Tippy, I can't believe you remembered that!

Let's just say that my friend Susie had some stray pig that became enamored with her lawn chair and uh....well, how to tactfully say this....for several mornings the pig would show up and "play around" with the chair....Susie would call me and be very descriptive of the "activity". One morning we were chatting, the pig showed up, started his usual "play" but....well, does the expression "makin' bacon" bring anything to mind? She swears "it" was shaped like a cork screw! I guess I should add that after the bacon was made the pig curled up on her patio, next to the chair and took a nap! I swear this is a true story!

Hey Ruthie, that story won't get me a swat with your chicken purse, will it?

Now that pig knew how to excercise!

Now MamaJ how could I forget that story! And no, Ruth is too busy laughing too swing the chicken purse right now! It was one of those precious moments in the chatroom that I will never forget. I was laughing so hard I literally had to walk away from the keyboard for a few. Thanx for the memory!

Default Now Peachie~~

Tighten....release.....tighten....release.....Now think about it, what do you feel? What do you think is getting tightened? What do you think you could be measuring?

OMG~~Never thought about sitting in my lawn chair munching on my pork rinds before! eeeuuuuuu! Or maybe the thought could help set the mood!

Okay, on the excercise front....I walked for an hour yesterday. Not briskly but steadily. All the brisk walking I did downtown this morning should definately give me credit for at least 30 minutes.

J~~not wanting to think about dipping my pork rinds in anything right now!

OMG I am sure glad that i have been practicing or my chair would have been a bit soiled. Poor pig must have been the smell of the pork rinds to set him off cork screw???? I wonder if that is why bacon curles up when cooked. EEEEEWWWWW I am done eating that!

On the exercise front
tighten and release
tighten and release

I never thought of measureint that!!!
oh the other kind..

I did the oliptical for 30 and then did free weight for a bit. very tiring today!
