thanks gals. i try to keep it simple too. it seems easier to me. i want to get this off as quickly as i can so that i can move on the lifetime maintenance for a while before trying to get pregnant. i finally found my scales and am down another 4. this brings my total to 14 and puts me in onederland. woohoo. i know we are not supposed to get on the scales everyday, but i am addicted. it helps me work harder when i see that i'm slowing. i've got to get into the exercising. i love to walk. before moving, i was walking ten miles each morning. it feels so good on my back. i'll have to start out at 2 miles a day when i finally get a chance to get started again. you gals are doing great. i'm expecting tom next week. so, i've got to get while the getting is good. y'all have a great day!
My goal for the great pumpkin challenge is to drop 20 more lbs, to 169. (what was i thinking?? i was looking a little further out than pumpkin day... my goal is more like 14 lbs.)
Then I will only need to lose about 14 more lbs.
(wishful thinking - sigh. i'll have about 20 more lbs to go.)
My main goal, after getting down to a about 155ish, is to get a breast reduction. That is my present to myself....
I find it really difficult to get into the diet as I'm off on holiday on Sunday, sunny Italy with pasta, bread and red wine ...
Will try really hard to have 3 strict atkins days until we go ...
Weight is still 77.8 and have only got another 6 kg's to go before I'm at my goal (171.1 to 158.4 = 13lbs to loose) so that's my goal before Halloween ...

Well I have only lost one pound this week but thanks to my tae-bo tapes I lost a 1/2 inch EVERYWHERE!! Woohoooo...I'll take that!

I have to be more strict with my low carb diet and try to stay away from fries - oh I love fries!
I've been sneaking onto the scales occasionally this week but haven't noticed much movement, even though I've been totally OP as well as going to the pool to deep water jog three times AND I've done my Body Flex workout three times this week. I'm starting to find it easier so I'm hopeful it has helped me lose an inch here and there. Soon I'll be increasing the intensity so perhaps that will get things moving. It would be so embarrassing to be the one to start this challenge and be the only one who doesn't lose. I don't wanna be the Great Pumpkin!!!
Linda, are you having much success with Body Flex? I have started the tape a few times but haven't stayed with it for more than a couple of days at a time.
good morning to all, hope everyones having a good weekend. i've lost 2 more pounds... so i have 11 pounds to drop for the challenge, i'm now at a 210, when i was 16 i weighed 212 & that's still the weight i have on my drivers lic. ( even though i almost hit 300) it's such a great feeling..
i want to thank all of you for your support i know i'm still new to this group but it is the best one i've ever been apart of
