Im curious to know what everyone does in the heat of the summer for exercise and how they keep cool doing it.
I have just discovered the "keep cool" necktie. It has crystals in a cloth tube that you soak in water for a while, and then put around your neck to keep cool. Its wonderful.
I have been walking on my treadmill in the mornings before work and going to the gym 3 days a week adn doing strength training..we have a pool but that amounts to playing and swimming with the kids not much real exercise.....
