I am wondering about the people on Atkins. How much weight have you lost and how long has it taken for you to lose the weight? Thanks so much

42lbs since October/02 Mind you it would be alot more, if I stuck to the plan more days than I dont.

HHH on PP which is similar to atkins I went fro m a size 24 to a 12 (then ate like a pig and am back up to a 20 but size weight wise i lost 65 from my high to low. I can not say time frame as i had many times i ate too much for months at a time (stress) and great when OP but i know of a friend that lost 114 in 1 year being very faithful. (NOT ONE OF THOSE INFOMERCIALS)
