6lbs lost on my first day, cool
i was so excited when i got weighed this morning. I havent given up my coffee, i still have that but with splenda and cream, just figured that with the big operation i have coming up in a couple of weeks that now wasnt the best time, i get so much pain that i need my coffee. All i can do until the op is over is do my best to stick to it as much as i can. Once the op is over then i can go full on and try to do it the right way, but i guess any change is good right now and 6lbs cant be sneezed at.
