I've read about it and read about it...so I'm gonna give it a try. I'm sure I'll be back to this forum for a lot of support
I just don't know how I'm gonna do it...heck I love my breads, pasta, and rice!

But I'll just have to adjust. I'm not officially starting til next week...however, this week all's what I had for lunch was a salad and then at supper a little piece of meat and a veggie. And nothing for dessert

So it's a start!
