On arising: Life Long Cocktail (LLC)
1 cup coffee
Before breakfast: 8oz hot water w/lemon juice
B~2 eggs (scrambled w/spinich and onions
8oz. cranwater
Mid-morning snack:10 cherries
L~cranwater (before lunch)
salad , salmon
Mid-afternoon~protein drink, cranwater, cut-up fresh veggies
D~cranwater (20 min before dinner)
chicken breast, brocolli/cauliflower, salad
Mid-evening: cranwater, LLC
