Default "Life Without Bread?"

Has anyone read this book? It sounds really interesting. Is anyone following it? Just wondering!

Nice to meet y'all!!!

I found out about it on the low carb site (where they talk about all the diff. low carb plans) and had never heard of it either! But it sounds interesting...I ordered a used book.......

I used to do WW but it made my eating disorder worse...so I'm trying to find a nice balance of eating well/losing weight/no binging.

Well, I just got it in the mail yesterday, and it's a great read! I haven't finished it yet, but I think everyone who does LC should read it, because it does a survey of all the medical research done for the last...oh...century!

I haven't done a LC diet before...not any longer than two days. My carbohydrate addiction along with my eating disorder makes losing weight SO HARD. Once I get further into recovery, I will probably use this program, because it really looks easy!
