ok. I went to the store today to buy groceries, that is a real chore down here on the island, since it is kinda far away and I take a public bus most of the time. today my frind drove me, so that was nice. didn't feel as gross buying chicken and knowing it would get home to the fridge quick! I usually end up hauling a cooler along...I know, but it is worth it!

B- Nescafe instant latte out of machine at store & a gala apple (Bad, I know)

L-whole wheat tortilla with three eggs and cheese omlet

S-2 hard candies, whole milk yogurt with flax seeds-fresh ground, and my nutragreens vitamin powder.

D-some more yogurt and a garbanzo bean spread with veggies.

I feel better today, i think the yogurt is my life saver. I make it at home without using a fancy yogurt maker...just milk, a bit of yogurt, glass jars, a cooler, and the sunshine...we have that here so it works out. if you are interested, i could post eh instructions...

=^..^=
