Valentines Blitz

  • There is 14 days to valentines day. what do you all say to give it a good shot and go for the gusto for 14 days!! that is all I ask a 14 day blitz. 14 days you can do anything ofr 14 days!!! that is what i am going for this is a hard core push exercise, watch my food, count my calories, chug my water, give it all i got with gusto 14 days!!!

    we will post a daily blitz to keep tract of how every one is doing. I am doing this because like chickadee i have not seen the scale move in about 3 months. and i am tired of seeing the same numbers!! I want to drop atlease to the next decade before i hit the next decade!

    so who is with me. if you are having problems staying OP, or have not seen the scale move lets go for it. blitz the fat!!!

    By the way chickies...I went to the Doctor yesterday to get blood drawn to have my sugar and insulin checked again and she encouraged me to use Protein Power or CAD/CALP......

  • I'm in too. I think I have the food under control and should meet my weight goal by Valentines Day - only 1.5 to go!

    However, I sure need to drink more water. My new asthma puffer gives me a dry mouth which should be an incentive but .....

    So for the next 14 days, I will try to increase my water consumption which is about 2 glasses at the moment.

    Today's goal - 8 glasses - 64 oz

    My goal is to just keep on keepin' on and push harder to see some kind of change on that $#$%(*# (insert word of choice) scale. Instead of hanging it all up and learning to live fat and happy, I will drink even more water, exercise even harder and be even OP-er! Like you, Sue, I will watch my calories closer, eat a little more protein during the day and watch the Reward Meals very closely.
    I have no number in mind, just would like to see that darn needle move to the left!
