Good afternoon.

Well, I finally opened the plastic wrapping on my yoga tapes this morning. I bought them back in early November but never managed to use them until today. Yoga is not as easy as I thought it would be. All this excess baggage makes it impossible to pull/stretch myself to the level they want me to do. But I did my best to keep up and actually feel better (especially my back). So, that's my 20 minute minimum for today!

How are the rest of you doing today? Hope you are all well.

Talking Whew!

My eyes get tired reading all these posts! How great!!

Everyone sounds like they are going strong and getting it done. I am just finishing up typing a friend's resume and printing it off. Ugh, I'm gonna start charging. "You're so creative, Sherrie, you can make a maid sound like a diplomat!!" Yeah, right, well, a housewife is still a housewife, even if you call it a "domestic goddess" Hope she gets a job soon, they laid her off just before Christmas, talk about a bunch of scrooges!

Very, VERY OP day today, am so proud of me! No breakfast, no pepsi, no chocolate, no bread! Yay!! And for all my good work today, I will no doubt overeat tomorrow! Oh, well, one step at a time, right?

Hope you're all having a great evening! Keep up the good work, and I am going to take my tree down now been threatening to do it for days. I'm completely hopeless!!!

Chill on the tree woes, Sherrie. Our tree is still up and most likely won't come down until this weekend. I enjoy it too much. That's why I got a silk one two years ago. I can leave it up longer. I just close the drapes by the tree so the neighbors don't see it.
