45 minute spin class with weight intervals Deadlifts, dumbbell side crunches, cable woodchoppers |
June 1, 2: Unmeasured amounts of walking through Montreal
June 3 AM: Back to the weightroom - DB bench press, DB shoulder press, DB bicep curls, DB lying triceps extensions, seated cable row, 1 mile cooldown run at 7.2 mph, Roman chair leg lifts |
June 3: 10 min elliptical, 45 min spin, 45 min dog walk

June 3 PM: 3.2 mile bike path run, 27:05

June 3: Did not want to do ANYTHING, but couldn't break my streak!
Soooo.... not much but 4.30 mile walk with DH and dogs |

OMGosh! I just discovered today I can do 1-2 unassisted pullups at a time!
This is a very major achievement, I remember in middle school not being able to hold my chin over the bar starting from standing on a chair! |
Yay Krampus!!! I can do a few chin-ups, but only 1 unassisted pullup at a time!

Friday, June 7th:
60 minutes Stairmaster, aerobic intervals, resistance at nine, the usual, before & after 60 minutes back & biceps routine |
June 7: showed up for pilates and it was cancelled. Was wearing flip flops so could not stay and do something else. Went to the grocery store then did a 45 min dog walk. It's raining now; the universe is conspiring against me.
