Thumbs up Wednesday in London

Another hour of concerted walking. But set against that 3 hrs concentrating hard in a 1:1 meeting, and 3.5 hrs on a train. Oh yes, and the 4 hour mostly 1:1 meeting yesterday.

Not feeling bad though, considering.

KC - sorry to hear about your basement. I think BillBlueEyes has the same problem in Boston.

30 min Jillian Yoga Meltdown (I'm not sure I'd exactly call it yoga, though it is based on yoga poses. What I would call it is CHALLENGING).

40 min fast walk with the doggie this morning

75 min on the incline trainer

I had to get up and do an early meeting, and then had 2 hours to kill before I actually had to be working, so I exploited the time for the yoga and dogwalk, then did cardio on my lunch per usual.

Yesterday - 3.1 miles at between 5-6 MPH. Average was 5.4. This was my easy run for my taper week. Today will be light strength or yoga, tomorrow some 400 meter sprints, then some stretching but no real exercise on Saturday to prep for Sunday.
