SOPTB I"m at 3 months of Maintenance!!YAY!!!
I'm actually down to 120.5 which is 6.5 lbs lower than my goal weight of 127 which I reached on March 16.
Hurt my shoulder/ arm ( actually reactivated an old problem) so I have not been able to do UB work for a week.
Hoping to get back to it on Tuesday; so I've been doing cardio, abs and LB.
SOPTB - I'm craving plain yogurt with a orange and salad after a weekend of 2 BBQ's and a pizza. The scale wasn't too bad this morning, just a bit above my all time low of 105.
