SOPB --well what else would I be doing??? Had a great cardio and WL session. Working hard on my abs. Also I wanted you all to see that I've added my height and gotten a weight tracker.
But now I can't find any of the cute icons.
I wonder if I will ever be able to figure this forum out??????

SOPTB I didn't do any exercise yesterday and over ate when I wasn't hungry.
Today, I've already done my strenght training, floor exercises, and gone for a 30 min bike ride. There might be some lawn mowing in the afternoon.

Katie - Go to User CP and select Edit Avatar. You'll see the images for the holidays, but you can select Standard under Category for the 3FC images.

Hi Carolyn!!!
I missed you --wondered where you were???
Great that you are back OP.
I'm SOPB I just lost another lb!!!
I am down to 121 --6 lbs down from my original goal of 127 and 1 lb away from my new goal of 120!!!
However I have decided to cut back on my cardio somewhat to have more energy for weight lifting and abs.
And we just ordered 2 new pieces of ab equipment and an ankle wrist!!
So my other new goal is to firm up and go from a size 8 pant to a size 6.
I am really seeing muscles in my arms from my UB workouts -- now want to add in more LB --but I have to go slow because if I do too much too quickly my body gets all revved up.

SOPTB it's summer weather and my new shorts look great. Got to stay this small to still fit in them.

SOPTB the scale at my husband's apartment weighed me at 103! In the past, it has weighed me the same as our home scale, so I'm hoping I'll be as light tomorrow when I head southward.

Katie - congrats on the new bathing suit. I have to order one. My two favorites are size 12 and still fit if I'm sunbathing. But as soon as I go in the water, they fall off.

Thanks Carolyn!!!!
I'm SOPTB I have finally found a WL program that works for me:Body for Life for Women!!!
I had thought there was a BDL section on this forum but I guess not.
I am really excited about all the muscle and definition I can see in my arms ( I've been WL for awhile just been frustrated because all the books I've looked at are too advanced for me)
I'm excited too about the two pieces of new WL equipment we have bought. My husband bless him ( I am so lucky to have a great personal trainer living with me) will put them together this weekend.
I also love my Bowflex weights --so simple and easy to use!!
I'm holding steady at 121 --6 lbs below my wloss goal of 127.
I'm coming up to 3 months maintaining June 16.
I guess my first real test will be when we go out for our anniversary June 20.
I haven't been in a restaurant for months.

SOPTB , I've been on track for a few days now and I want to stay that way. I love when my clothes fit just right. I love how my belly feels and looks flat when I eat like I should and get my exercise.

SOPB- I managed day 1 of clean eats yesterday. It was hard, but it will be harder to get back on track if I slip now.
