I'm SOP because I get that its a way of life for me now.
I am 2 lbs below my goal at 125 and have been adding weight lifting to my cardio workouts. My husband Steve is my personal trainer and he's Great!!!
We are lucky to have all the weightlifting machines and TM in our basement so I usually do a two hour workout in the morning with yoga and he is taking me through my WL paces.
I am curious to see, being a natural pear shape, whether I can really get from a size 8 jean to a size 6.
And I am thrilled to have gotten to size 8!!!!
