Okay, so far I am not doing great on this challenge. I went to WI today and am up 1 3/4lbs. I plan to stay on track.

Okay, I know I'm late, but I'm in for 12. That would get me to my goal as far as COD is concerned. Also, DH went with me for that first visit and my reward when I make goal is for us to take dance lessons together. Wouldn't that be a nice Valentine's Day present?!
Yay! Me too Amy! I am so psyched over this challenge! I guess that shows how much i love BL! The bad news... My Tuesday night class lasts until 8:45! I am going to miss the first hour of BL and I have NO Tivo! I'll have to bribe DH to tape it on the VCR for me!
No new news just wanted to say hello. I thought I was so POP yesterday but I got to thinking that my portions were too big and I made split pea soup and forgot that the I am supposed to count it as one starch and 3 veggies (way too many) so I was over on veggies and starch. But the soup was great I loved it.

Scale is moving the way I want it too.. hope you all have a good day and stick to the plan! I can't believe how much better I feel than I did over the holidays.. even though my brain was convinced I wanted the stuffing, cookies, chocolate etc.. it appears my body did not!
Just checking in on this challenge - finally. I'm down 1/2 pound this morning to 174.5. At least a little loss is better than a gain. I'm still hoping to lose the Christmas baggage I gained on this challenge. That would get me back down to 170. Here's to a POP day for everyone.
And I got a PM from Chellez about my official starting weight for TBL challenge also. I sent her my weight yesterday. Hopefully some of us will be on the same teams. If not at least we'll meet others on the same mission as all of us and maybe gain some insight from them as to their strategies that may differ from ours and we can help each other.
I am back. I have not been successful at challenges, but it never stops me from joining them I stayed around 170 during the holidays which was my intention and am now ready to lose again. I am going to put in for a maybe 5 lbs. I lose very slowly and may not even meet that, but I am going to reset my ticker to 170 and begin anew. Sorry for the late join,
