Thanks Lyn! That was a great help! I guess I'm just trying to figure out what the next step will be for me.

Does anyone know what the portion #s were for the purple plan? I think it was 1/2 less protein and 1 less fruit, but I'm not sure.

purple is:

2 protein
4 veggies
3 fruits
2 starches
1 dairy
1 fat
2 lites

Protein portions are the same as on the red plans and then they decrease when you go to gold.

If you are not doing lites then this will be the equivelant of the gold program.

Default plan4

Hi Jewel,
I am also on plan 4; I am 5'8' and currently weigh 201 lbs. I have had good success with the plan, as I have dropped from 226 since July 10. If you are concerned that it is too much food, if you run your daily menus through FitDay, you will see that the calories run between 1650-1800. Hope this helps. As an aside, portion sizes for protein are 3oz cooked pork or beef, 4oz cooked turkey or chicken, 1 cup cottage cheese, 1 cup egg beaters, 2 eggs. If you have a specific question regarding another protein choice, I will respond once I get home and have access to my book.

This is a big help, thanks guys!

I seem to have stalled a little bit, and would love a fresh start. I am thinking of going with plan #3, since I am not using lites.

I will definitely ask for help when needed. Thanks!

I have all the info for the Feel Full Plan. I am just trying to figure out which one would be for me. I am 5'7 153lbs and my goal is 130lbs. I exercise just about every day. I work 3 -6 nights a week depending on the week and if I am working for someone. I waitress. Sometimes I am up early sometimes not as early. I homeschool, take care of family and house, you know the usual. I was on the Blue Plan and was told that is where I would stay. I have lost 50lbs on this plan but I have been hungry lately. I tend to exercise harder and more since I feel so good and energetic. I don't have the cravings as much anymore because my taste in food has changed. I eat every 2-3hrs. but I am really hungry. So I am looking at all the info for the Feel Full Plan and feel that would be for me. I am trying to decide between Plan 2 and Plan 3.

Thank you for your help
Tracey

My first day of LA was 10/31/2007. Our stats are pretty close to the same! Looks like you are doing great! Keep it up!
