I am also on plan 4; I am 5'8' and currently weigh 201 lbs. I have had good success with the plan, as I have dropped from 226 since July 10. If you are concerned that it is too much food, if you run your daily menus through FitDay, you will see that the calories run between 1650-1800. Hope this helps. As an aside, portion sizes for protein are 3oz cooked pork or beef, 4oz cooked turkey or chicken, 1 cup cottage cheese, 1 cup egg beaters, 2 eggs.
