  • Does anyone have a copy of the numbered plans. I really wanted to start with that one. Either 2 or 3.
  • Kayla, I may be able to get a book or the specs for Plan 3. My Best Friend is on that one right now. I am on 4. I'll get back to you when I hear from her!

  • Hi! I am on plan 3 and it is a little bit diferent that what Kim said so I just thought I would chime in and tell you what my plan 3 is. It's with LA.
    3 protiens
    4 veggies
    3 fruits
    4 starches
    2 dairy
    2 fat

    all that is different is the fruits you get 3 not 4?
