I heard that the book has NOTHING to do with the actual magic bullet. I bought one for my mom this past weekend for her birthday and researched first on Target.com. There are reviews for the book and the one girl said it had NOTHING to do with the Bullet and doesn't even mention the magic bullet at all.

So I finally got my Bella Cucina last weekend and I think I'm in love.....

My latest favorite: Peanut Butter Choc Shake

-crushed ice
-milk (4 or full 8oz)
-chocolate lite shake mix
-1/2 spoonful of PB
-1/2 banana (I do it with or without this sometimes)

1 dairy, 1 lite, 1/4 protein (depending on the PB) and fruit!

I literally started to feel guilty bc it tasted like cheating!

While on vacation, I used my BC almost every day using the LA Smoothie mix and some rum - the Pina Colada smoothie with Malibu was particularly good! I had everyone looking at me and saying "That's diet?!"

How do you email the LA Chef? I would love to be able to do that with a couple of my recipes. Is that a feature on the regular plan? I am doing the LA EXpress/lose all the weight you want for $249 plan.
