I have been running in circles all morning! I have been to 3 stores and it is just 9am. I have all my errands ran for the day....all I have left is laundry, pay bills, and study study study! While I was out shopping this morning I bought new jeans....a size smaller! WOOHOO I wonder how much more I have to lose before I can get out of the plus sizes. It will be a while, but I am soooo looking forward to that!

I picked up a box of the lemon bars when I was at the center yesterday. I like them much better than the mixed berry, but I think I still prefer the chocolate crunch. I just need that chocolate! I will probably have the lemon bars for my mid morning snack at work this week.

Thanks to everyone for the kind words! It is very encouraging! Buying new pants was too!

Sorry to hear you are up a little Lorrie. You will be down next time though! And sometimes those home scales are a little funny too. Good luck staying on plan...I know you can do it!

Hey everyone!!

Lorrie~I am sorry to here that you are struggling...keep up the good work and it will all pay off. Just remember your water!! I to have trouble sticking with the plan. It is tough once you get off of it to try and get back on. Just do what you what you can. Stay positive. I am trying to stay off the scales b/c then I get frustrated. I am trying to just go by my clothes and how they feel on me. It has taken some stress off of me by doing this. Although I didnt lose this week I did maintain. I am hoping that by walking 5 days a week it will jump start my metabolism.

Hang in there and know we are here for you!

Nancy~ Dont worry about that gain..you still lost for the week! TOM can be very deceiving on the scales!!

Jibbelle~ New jeans WOOOHOOO!! Gonna be a hottie for xmas!!

Default Question About Cost

I was wondering if someone would share infomation about cost of this plan.

Do you purchase so many weeks at x amount of dollars and is there a joing fee, do you have to purchase so many of their bars and is there a joining fee of x amount on top of all this. Just curious. If you don't want to post this info would you e-mail me at [email protected]

Thanks in advance.

Blastit-

When I signed up it was $7 a week for the program costs. I think they have a special now that is $4 a week. I do not think there was a joining fee on top of the program costs.

You are supposed to eat two of their bars/shakes/soups/etc a day. The total for that is $28 a week. If you buy in bulk you can get it for about $20 a week.

Does that sound right to everyone???

If you have any other questions, lets us know.

There was a HUGE tray of chocolate chip muffins by the coffee pot this morning (at work). I did not have even one! I ate my tangerine and had a lemon bar instead. WOOHOO for me. A few months ago I would have had one or two of those muffins!

I am studying diligently for my final on Thursday, but I needed a quick break. A friend from class is coming over this evening for a couple hours. Hopefully we are not having problems with the same things! I still have a lot of memorizing to do before Thursday night! Wish me luck gals.

I have not been to the center since Saturday!! I am not going to make it there until Thursday mid-morning. Thankfully I have enough bars to last until then.

How is everyone else doing this week?

Hey Everyone,

Doesn't look like I'm going to make it to the center until Friday... I haven't been totally OP... ate too much yesterday... too little today... TOM is still messing with me... hasn't yet arrived... he just loves to make me crave salt vs sugar...

Still having a lot of stress... work related as well as friends sick & friends in the hospitals... just happenings all around... spread a little thin... just not thinning presently... no time to put myself first... don't mean to complain... so far... we are blessed... my days & nights are just filled with trying to help out in several directions..

anyhow... i hope that each of you are doing ok...

Godd Luck on your exam, Jibbelle!

Take care ALL,
Nancy

Hello All:
Everyone sounds really busy this week. I am a bit tired after the take off, feeling trained, I could not wait until breakfast this morning. We are making cookies this weekend I am not sure how I am going to handle it though. I lost 2 1/4 this week about time. I just don't want to put back on with cookies. I will not make my Christmas goal though I will be a little short. I am glad I lost though.
Good luck Jibbelle with your test.
Is any one elses center having 25% off the snacks and things. I bought some breakfast bars and some cheese curls. They also had the take off juice 2/$29.00. I bought that for after Christmas.
Nancy my presents are still sitting there waiting for me to get to them. I have not been getting things done. Don't you hate those cravings. I am glad I am in an O.K. times. Those cookies would be tougher than they have to.

Have a great evening everyone.

With the stress of this final tomorrow I may not lose this week. I will be happy as long as I dont gain. Would love to get under 250 though!!! Bye bye bye 250s! *keeping fingers crossed till Saturday*

Have to run.
Hope everyone is well

I am so sick of studying! I just want to take this test and get it over with. I only have a few more things to memorize today. I am hoping to finish by lunchtime so I can do a little shopping, then come home and review everything a couple more times. My exam isnt until 7:00 tonight. Going to miss ER yet again. I registered for next semesters class and it is on Thursday night too! ARGH!

I am off today and tomorrow for a long weekend. My boyfriend is off tomorrow too, so we want to go finish up Christmas shopping for his family. They are soooo hard to buy for!

Hi Jibbelle:
I am going Christmas shopping tomarrow also. I can't wait until I have time off feeling a bit stressed myself.
Did the exam go well. I don't know if I would be ready for an exam after working all day, I don't know how you do it.
Keeping my fingers crossed for you.
I have a question for you do your friends treat you differently since you are losing weight and see that you are sticking with it. I find a couple of my friends are almost I don't want to say angry maybe envious is better. The remarks sometimes are on the snippy side, I didn't know what other word to use. I have worked hard to where I have gotten to and it wasn't easy, I think I can say I am proud of myself. I feel bad for them and support them but the remarks got to go.
Have a nice long weekend

Diane-
I usually take a vacation day when I have tests. I cant sit at work all day when I know I have an exam that night. It gives me all day to review, cram or relax!

Tonight's test went OK. There were a lot of little things I am sure I missed, but I got the bulk of it. He is going to mail them to us...along with our course grade...after he grades the exams. All I want is a B!

I have not noticed my friends treating me differently, but I have not lost as much as you. Most of them have not even noticed that I have lost anything. I am sorry to hear that some people are treating you like that. You have worked very hard and you deserve to be proud!! I know I am proud of what I have accomplished so far.

I am off to watch ER....I taped it while I was at class.

Have a great evening all!

I spent all day Christmas shopping. I think I have been to every store in St. Louis! I couldnt find anything for my Grandma though...and my boyfriend went with, so I still have a few gifts to get for him. Other than that, everything is wrapped and under the tree! WOOHOO I am almost finished.

Tomorrow is weigh in so I will let everyone know how it goes. Keep those fingers and toes crossed for me! I really want to break that 250 mark!!!
