Well, I put in nearly 12 hrs at work today... 3 of those with the accountant... after 9 yesterday... I'm tired!
No way to make it to the center... tomorrow looks like another long day at work... hoping to be able to take off Fri... perhaps I can make it to the center then... no tellings what the scales will show... TOM is still hanging around... plus today... I had a Lite Bar for Breakfast, a Lite Bar for afternoon snack... lots of water... no protein, no veggie, no fruit... NO TIME... no caffiene either... duh, no wonder I had a headache... had some grilled chicken tonight with a sm amt of bar-b-q sauce & 1 slice bread...
waiting for some time of normal schedule so that I can eat OP... all food groups at appropriate times, etc... just no way...
Still not sure what we are having Christmas... everyone is tired & just hoping to enjoy the day... we all need a week... but, it's not on our calendar... oh well... I should not be complaining... if we can have our health & each other... we will be doing GREAT!
