Rose you can put me down for 4 miles for the 1st week. Thanks

Good luck ladies....Phyllis

I didn't do so well during the weekend. I didn't stick to the diet on Sunday...barely walked over the weekend but started back again yesterday. One mile yesterday and another today...I've been meaning to walk more than a mile a day but I'm just too lazy these days. My current weight is 145lb...5 lbs less from where I started(It's been 16 days since I started the diet). I really need to get moving more!

Hi ladies
You are all doing good. Don't get down if you don't walk for a day tomorrow is a new day.
Wednesday's walk: if you have a pedometer put it on and walk 6,0000 steps for the whole day if you don't have one then walk a little more, take steps or park a little further away.
Phyllis: enjoy your company and if you can walk at the mall or somewhere else just log it next week when your company is gone.
Keep walking Rose
I didn't walk my 2 miles today had to work this morning then this afternoon had a dental and had 2 teeth pulled so nothing tonight except sit with a ice pack on my cheek so I dont swell. Back to it tomorrow

Hi ladies
I got my 6000 steps in and some today. I finally dusted off my treadmill and walked a short 7.30 minutes on it just to start out. My asthma for some reason acts up when I use it must be the incline but I will use it daily and maybe soon I can walk 15-20 minutes at a time.
Tomorrow we shall walk 1 mile in the morning and 1 at night or whichever way you want to do it as long as we get the mile in.
Have a great day andDonna and Anita keep up the great work you are doing wonderful. It will pay off at the end

Hi Ladies:
I checked your walks and so far Phyllis and Donna you are tied 5 walks each for the winner and Anita and Lana are tied 3 walks each. Come on ladies we only have 2 1/2 more weeks lets see if we can get more walking in. Dani, and Laurie come on you haven't posted with your walks. We can do it and lose that weight.
I walked 2 1/2 miles today
