Gals - you can get the Sansone DVD in W*M - thats the One Mile, Two Mile walk diet... about $9 something. But of course that you can only use indoors and I did not try it yet. Too busy today.
Have a great day,

Hi everyone
How is the walking coming along?
MaGreta I have 3 sets of the tapes and I like them especially when the snow starts to fly here and it is coming very soon. The only thing you have to get used to is Leslie does tend to get on your nerves with her giggles but I am losing weight and inches when I use her tapes. Try them you may like it.
Ladies have a great day and don't forget to walk

Sorry all that I have been MIA, if its not too late I would like to join. I'm sorry I havn't been on since end of October. October is as big a month for my son as christmas (if not bigger). So I was very busy and with switching schedules and all I havn't been working at home so I have been away from the computer. I could use my wi for last week of 154, since that was the WI you all used too. If not I understand- you all are already 5 days into it. And I can join the next challenge. No feelings would be hurt. I just know this challenge would get me going.

Let me know if I can Rose.

Hi Dani
Sure you may join us it's always nice to have more people come aboard. We just walked 1 mile each day this week. You can walk indoor ,outdoor use your treadmill or any other equipment to get your mile in. If you are a fast walker 1 mile is usually 15 minutes if not 20 minutes equals a mile. So it is up to you how you do it. We just want to move to lose.
Tomorrow you chose how far you want to go.
Have a great day

Hi everyone
New week new miles to walk. Today we walk 2 miles or whichever you want to get 2 miles in. If you walk fast 2 miles is about 30 minutes and if you walk moderate it is about 35-40 minutes. So come on everyone lets get the walking in for today
Happy walking

Rose are we suppose to post our points for the week or are you trying to keep count to see who the winner is or is this just a Nov. challenge to get us moving with no actual named winner....either way is fine with me.

Hi Phyllis
Oh boy never thought that far ahead and I have never started a program like this so I am kind of stumped. How bout if we have to log in at least once a week to let me know if you walked the amount I challenge you to do.I will start keeping track and whoever did all the walks or whichever way you do it is the walking champ. So for last week we had Monday- saturday the one mile walk. I gave the new mile walk this morning. So ladies please let me know how you did last week.
Happy walking Rose

Hi Anita
Thats ok as long as you get back on track. We will do the challenge Monday - Saturday sunday is rest day. As long as you didn't give up is all that matters.
Keep walking

Okay so I fell off the wagon splat on my butt! However, lucky for me, I bounced and am back on track this week. Last week was horrible and doesn't bear remembering! My goal for the rest for the month is to do minimum 30 minutes on the elliptical trainer, 5 days week. Starting tonight. I WILL do this!
