  • Sorry I was out of town - again for a little while.

    Last week I walked/ elliptical for 2 miles so I think I have 2 walks in now. Right??? Or how exactly does it work???? Not sure how to tally it.

    I just mark when you walk yes you have 2 walks in now, good to have you back hope you had a good time when you were out of town.
    Ok ladies this is week 3 the walks will get a little longer tomorrow Monday we will walk 2 miles or whichever way you want to do it but its 2 miles or 30-35 minutes.
    I weighed in at 189lbs lost 2 pounds this week.

    I want to report that on Fri and Sat I did about 50 minutes of cardio!!! I missed today, though.

  • Today we do 18 minutes of moderatexcercise you can walk or do any of your machines
    Did my 2 miles yesterday and walked the treadmill 20:18 minutes this morning

  • I did 45 minutes on the elliptical last night MAN! It feels good to be back on track! I will post again tonight after I do my cardio

    I did 35 minutes stairmaster last night!!
  • Yeah, I finally got started - did 35 minutes to the fast beat of the new Walk CD - hehe - my dog was more pooped than I was - he is grossly overweight, and my legs feel "heavy" for the rest of the day - but none of you probably remember that feeling
  • I will do the walking dvd this week.....last week I got in 3 miles (probably more chasing the 1 yr. old.) lol Will try to do better this week.

    I did 40 minutes yesterday morning and another 40 minutes last night, and another 15 this morning on the elliptical. Have a great day!
  • Okay last week I am accounted for 3 of the walks.
    I am actually doing really good latley. I am doing my best to be in the 140's by december! I so hope!

  • I just got back from a 2 mile walk with my hubby I even jogged a little UP HILL! LOL! Burning more fat

    It is a beautiful day here so I think I will go for a walk when Dan gets home. Rains are coming back Thursday night so I am gonna enjoy this sunshine
