Hi gals swimming is awesome with problems like that. I had hip problems and I loved it sooo much. We just moved and I am thinking about buying a swim suit to start the arobics in the water program So far my hips are fine. I did run again today but only a mile and walked 2 more. I felt great. I have to be so careful, I do not want to be in any pain. I ate so well today. I did not record my points but I bet I stayed in my range. I sure hope I did. I made this awesome dish in the crock pot my kids loved it.Chicken ,cream of chicken soup.., broth and frozen brocc.with brown rice all in the crock. simple and yummy.. They each had seconds.. yeah.. anyway Homemade I agree with you it is so hard not to have popcorn at the movies. yummmm

Hey Homemade,
I wish I knew how to swim and perhaps it would give me some exercise. I have been researching the problems I am having with runners knee and my quadricep tendonitis. One website I was on said to find a good neuromuscular massage therapist for quadricep tendonitis. The website said that the quad muscle might need to be released. I am hoping to go to the therapist in a couple of weeks then I can jump start my weight loss.

He djmommy,
I have been wondering the same thing. I watch the boards several times a day and have been wondering if everyone is doing okay. I am in a slump and am getting discouraged.
