Hello chicks,
as I told in the header, I'm from Germany and trying to lose weight together with all of you.
In the last 5-6 years I gained about 6 kilos (12 pounds) and I try to loose them again now.
This is my second week with WW and I'm still OP, but it is not as easy as I thought it would be.
I startet it one time before and did it for 6 weeks, but had no one to motivate me or to whom I could talk about. I was not in a group or with the WW-online-programme.
My boyfriend with whom I live together in a flat since one year is supporting me as best as he could, but he does not eat veggies or fruits. He is a jukfood-fan and he can eat it withut becoming fat. So I try to find a way to cook for us two and not becoming more and more fat (as I did slowly in the last years).
I'm 24 years old, 156cm tall (and don't know what this is in inches) and studying economy. At the time I'm writing my diploma.
I dance in a hobby jazzdance and cheerleading crew. Train once a week, sometimes twice. Thats what I do on sports.
