hello girls, welocme to 3fc..... some advice for you...read through as many threads as possible and dont be afraid to ask LOTS of questions...which is what I did when i first started and still do...
as for me i began my "new life plan" (dont like to call it a diet) on the last day of april of this year....so far so good...i knew i wouldnt be able to stick to any plans that were too restricted like low carb....so i asked around and found that a lot of people here on this site count calories.....so thast what i decided to do....i just keep my calories around 1200-1400 a day and allow myself 1 or 2 "free" meals a week, soi dont feel like i am losing anything, i use fitday.com to journal what i eat daily and it keeps me accountable for how many calories i am consuming, i also joined a gym last month and it feels great...i have so much more energy now than i used to ...... so thats my plan, but everyone needs to find one that fits there own life, i wish you good luck on your journey......
