Hi, Anne - two sites that have helped me in the past are and

I like SparkPeople because they encourage wellness education with gamification; you get points for reading articles and posting to their forums. It's fun! has information-dense articles written by professionals (nutritionists, trainers, physicians).

For tracking calories - (I use to use Livestrong's MyPlate but I find this one to be a little easier)
