I'm hoping to find inspiration on here to start a much needed diet again. My main issue is it hurts to exercise much because of 1 year old hip replacement and lower back issues so I want to straighten myself out
Prior to my THR I lost 40 pounds and got off track with hip pain. I deal with depression and take meds but it still overwhelms me at times mostly because of weight and then the pain caused by it which limits daily activity like cleaning our house, exercising, etc. Thank you all for your info, tips, encouragement!
