Hi all! I'm new here. I will be re-starting SBD tomorrow, I've tried it here and there in the past and I know that it works, it's just planning and sticking to it that I need to work on.
I'm doing a cross between P1 & P2, I call it P1.5.
I need to lose weight and get healthier. I have PCOS and have been trying to get pregnant for 3.5 years now. I know SBD is the way to do this for me!
My highest weight was 280, and I was down to 262 recently but am now at 272. My first goal is 230, only because that is my lowest adult weight. I was there just a few years ago.
Looking forward to meeting lots of you and getting some good tips and support here.
