Starting Slim in 6! Need motivation.
Hi Everyone!
I'm new and excited about losing weight. My biggest problem is getting motivated to actually eat right and work out. I have a huge sweet tooth for sugary candy (mostly pull and peel Twizzlers, and things of that nature), I'm unemployed right now, and can't seem to find motivation to get started.
Sometimes I feel motivated, but that feeling is usually fleeting. Please help keep me motivated! I need a buddy or something.
Has anyone here done Slim in 6? I've done it before and loved it, but it's been a while... I'm doing two days of fasting, and need to keep myself busy or I'll cheat. What are some ways you distract yourself from eating? How do you all get motivated?
