Hi there Lazygirl29

Many of us at 3FC have emotional eating problems, so you aren't alone. There are a lot of support groups here. Some based on age, or amount to lose, clubs of people in similar situations, and chat areas for all.

Take your time, look around, post wherever you're comfortable!

Best of success!

Welcome to 3FC! Yes, like Faerie said, we have lots of emotional eaters. I always say it's too bad I'm not an emotional exerciser.

Please feel free to jump in anywhere you like!

Haha, I wish I was an emotional exerciser. Lazygirl, I, too, am an emotional eater. When I'm sad, comfort food is there; when I'm happy and want to celebrate, any and all food is there! But, we're making the right first steps, so we can do this!

And you aren't alone I'm the exact same way. Some of the time, the emotions aren't even mine. I pick up on other peoples emotions like a magnet. In under a year the same thing you described has happened to me as well. I need to lose about 65lbs. Maybe we can chat with each other and help each other out. ^_^
