I lost almost 3.8lb this WI! Woo-Hoo, I guess this whole "follow the program" thing can actually work if you follow the program....lol! I was a good IPer this week.
We have a big neighborhood back to school pool party this weekend though, my weakness...both the weekends, and my best wine buddies are my awesome neighbors!
Happycamper - good to here your getting into the groove - I'm feeling a little bored with my choices too - got a few new IP foods.

Ok I am with both your girls on wine. LOVE wine and miss it so much! I have had these new vodka soda drinks that have zero sugar, zero calories, and they are good...but not the same as wine. Just saying - if you think you cannot avoid having a drink, try them. At least you won't have the guilt of sugar/going out of keto. I heard red wine is keto friendly too. OF course none for iP!

IP is pretty easy...until something comes up! I hear you on the back to school party. Anytime there is an event I have a harder time. But I have found the groove for day to day. Although I have my own little cheats - I don't measure everything. Sometimes I have more protein than I should. Sometimes I have way more coffee with milk than I should...

Weigh in for me Saturday. I keep jumping up and down around 179....can't wait to see a 16..on the scale..

Hi Happy!

I’ve tried the vodka drinks. Definitely a great option but doesn’t replace the wine 😢. I try to stick with Pinot Noir since lower in carbs than most and only on weekends. Down 2.6 today! So happy because I was feeling like I was heading in the wrong direction again. I let stress get the best of me like we all do BUT glad I stopped it this time and have focus.
Good luck with the weigh in tomorrow.

How was everyone’s weekend?

I decided to try some new ip stuff. I got the mug cake and made muffins which are really good! Also got salt and vinegar crisps - really good. And lemon wafers - also good!

Status quo here. Love the crisps and lemon wafers. Southwest cheese curls one of my favs too.

Oooh - I need to add the SW cheese curls to the list - they intrigued me. I am starting to feel bloaty and b*tchy - so pretty sure that Flo is coming soon. I missed this weeks WI (kids dentist appointment), but was down 2lb according to my unofficial WI - I won't log anything until I see my coach though.
I just realized I have a mini-reunion with my old camp counselors from high school in 3 weeks - its good motivation to stick with it and see how I can do until then.
I need to log my food!

Emsim - welcome!! Congrats on your weight loss, doing awesome!

I had an off week. Didn’t cheat per say but didn’t get my veggies in and missed my supplements- just wasn’t organized. I did have some cheese also...and didn’t eat properly. Like missed meals and ate later on. Was so busy and just unorganized- so hoping to meal prep and get focused this weekend.

Weigh in today but don’t think I have lost, maybe 1 pound if at all.

How’s everyone else doing? Any easy Veggie ideas? Might just go back to spinach smoothies and cut up veg

Sounds like we had a similar weekend - except mine was worse. Starting off this week right though! My WI is tomorrow, we'll see....

So yes I barely lost 1 pound. And the weird thing I was actually eating less! Missing the supplements and yes I had some cheese. Darn!

Cut up veggies and feel a bit more ready this week. Measured out my supplements also.

How do you deal with sweet craving? I bought some jello this time...
