Welcome! Yes - the first 2 weeks are not pleasant! Honestly, you just have to power through it, eat your packets, drink your water, take advantage of your "veggie freebies" (salads, raw cukes, etc). I think some coaches allow an extra IP packet those first few days. I ate a jar of pickle spears my 2nd day back on IP to help me power through! Sliced cucumber with lemon juice is becoming my "go to snack" also. Good luck, and let us know how it's going, looking for packet ideas, etc. This is actually my second time around, my first I was very successful and was followed the program to a T...this time around 7 years and 3 kids later, I find myself having "weak moments", sneaking "keto/low carb" snacks and wine and my progress is definitely hurting because of it.
