Are we supposed to have four packets? I've never done that? My sheet just lists three a day?
It's three packets...I had four in my head thinking its four protein servings a day.

Glad to see I'm not the only 3rd timer. I've never been this heavy. Don't even want to weigh myself until I'm down some pounds.

Good luck and discipline to us all!

Packet, some days I do an extra packet just because I am too hungry and my body feels like it needs the calories and nourishment. My problem is wanting Restricted packets, something more substantial and yummy like a bar or wafer.

Having an extra restricted is better than cheating!

How is everyone doing today? I just made a faux pumpkin spice latte, and I have to say it wasn't as good as the real thing, but I'm keeping on plan!

I have noticed my jeans are a little looser, and I'm hoping to be down a size soon- I have more clothes in one size down since that where I thought I would land post-partum. Mis-calculation on my part, but hope to be there soon!

What is everyone's favorite fall IP recipe? I could use a few new ones to add to my rotation.

I'm doing IP on my own this time with alternatives so you guys are my coaches

So excited to see myself at the goal!
I'm back again too!

Im checking in...day 46 of 60 of my reboot, down 17 lbs. Staying strong and committed but not easy. At work there was a birthday breakfast with so many yummy food and found my strength to avoid all. Others make a bigger deal of my not eating with silly comments and comparison to their unhealthy plate but I just paid no mind and sipped my coffee.

I want to put this perspective that prior to this reboot my eating was SO out of control I felt like I needed to attend OA meetings and could not stop carb and sugar loading. So, this is a huge turn around.

Stick with it rebooters, find your strength.

Kudos on your strength to avoid the work breakfast. My coach warned me at the onset how so much of this is mentally challenging. You decide to stick to it and just do it.
I started in April and at first there were comments at team lunches but I stayed strong and no one comments anymore, they compliment. So keep doing what you're doing, you're doing great!

Good morning everyone! Day 19 here for me and everyone is OP! I have a good friend that is going to start the plan on Sunday. She's motivated by my motivation! I told her about this forum and how awesome everyone is and how it helps you keep accountable.

workingit50 my downfall is carbs as well, but mostly beer. I really like beer. I really miss beer. It's especially hard when tailgating. 5 more home games and I'm home free from the temptation!

I just rebooted today. I quit last October so it has been almost a year. I was down about 50 lbs but have managed to gain 40 of it back. At least I am restarting before I gain it all back. I'm going to start back at my clinic but I think I will go alternatives after a month or two. Good luck everyone! Love the great support here!

Welcome back Karen and gna! I use alternatives as well. So far off to a decent start.

I'm mostly concerned I won't lose it as fast as I did in the first round. I'm very impatient and that will be my downfall.

I can relate! I was feeling uptight and then had to remind myself that it was only day 5. Just hit day 7 and finally got my energy spike and that is a big help. Last time I was tired the entire time so this is a surprise. My 96 year old grandpa says all that matters is to learn from what we go through. Feels like we all are trying to stay sunny side up and use what we have learned. Focusing on one day at a time and keeping the house stocked with veggies, teas, ProtiDiet foods cuz I am doing alternatives with the IP forums. Love all the support!

Fall IP recipes...fun! I am a fan of roasted Brussels sprouts...the roastier the better! The feeling of clothes getting looser is the best feeling EVER! Going, going, gone! Way to go!

Day 53 of my reboot. I was and am doing great with my commitment. But, I have been the same weight now for 15 days (up 1, down 1) but stabilizing.

I am happy with my loss but frustrated. I have done some tricks to try to alter the weight to kick start the loss again. Ate a bit more, exercised, increased water, decreased restricted.......

Any suggestions?
