Hi Everyone- I hope you had a good weekend!
I made it through pizza night and a weekend at my inlaws. My MIL is a wonderful cook and she usually spoils us with lots of yummy food while we visit, but they grilled me steak a and some delicious on-plan veggies instead so I didn't feel "left out". I love my in-laws!

Dakin, that was my feeling about the coaches too my first time. I actually switched from one coach to another because my first coach would say that she would find something out for me and send an email, and she never did. She also liked to tell me things about her life that I thought were overly personal in my "visit".

I did like the weekly weigh-ins and the accountability, but I had to drive a while to get there and then wait in the office and it seemed like I wasn't getting much for the effort.
I did have one mess up this weekend. I had horrible ketosis breath at one point so I got a piece of gum from hubby ( I checked it was sugar free!), but it wasn't 0/0/0. It had 5 calories, no carbs. Hopefully that isn't too much of a mess up (and I know gum is a big issue for some people- I remember some big debates about it on the forums at one point!)
